Guidelines for Creation of Content

Format requires use of [MIME] Media Type Parameters for controlled vocabulary.

To obtain Format Data:

  1. Save item to computer
  2. Right click on item thumbnail
  3. Select "Properties"
  4. Select "Details"

To input data into Omeka S:

  1. Input Format Type by selecting from the drop-down box
  2. Select Add Value and input File Size (use KB)
  3. Select Add Value and input Dimensions
  4. Select Add Value and input Width and Height
  5. Select Add Value and input Resolution
  6. Select Add Value and input Bit Depth

Examples

  • Format Type: JPEG
  • File Size: 15.6 KB
  • Dimensions: 200 x 200
  • Width and Height: 200 x 200 pixels
