Guidelines for Creation of Content
Each image is protected by the same rights statement and will require identical rights statement values for this element. To ensure consistent data entry, the rights statement has been added as a custom vocabulary term. When editing an item, adhere to the following steps:
- Select the "Metadata Course 2019" resource template from the drop down menu to the right of the "Resource template" property
- Locate the "Rights" property
- Locate the drop down menu to the right of the Rights property
- Select the rights statement value from the drop down
- Save your changes
