The date element refers to the date the photograph was taken (the date of the game).

Guidelines for Creation of Content
In entering the date for each photograph, we will follow ISO 8601. The date will be formatted yyyy-mm-dd. Look at the file name of your photograph to determine which game it represents. See the "Examples" section below for the dates specific to each game.
To enter the date for your image, select the appropriate date from the dropdown menu in Omeka S.
