Guidelines for Creation of Content

This where your element's indexing guideline is written out. Whenever possible, you must write out a step-by-step data entry procedure including where to obtain the data for each image. (NOTE, not all elements are amenable to specific data entry procedures; we will discuss in class.)

1. Identify Alabama football team by jersey color (For 1975 season, it is usually the darker one)
2. Identify the numbers on the jersey of Alabama football players
3. For 1975 season, go to 1975 Alabama Crimson Tide football team and check the roster. For 2009 season, go to 2009 Football Archives and download the roster.
4. After identifying the name for a player, type the number of the player followed by a dashname and then type into the entry with order of last name and first name seperated with a comma. Names of multiple players are seperated by a semicolon.
